1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and pph11 ("pph11," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pph11.net.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the pph11 platform — including any games, promotions, or features made available thereon — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the pph11 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on the pph11 platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the pph11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by pph11 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of pph11, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing by pph11.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

pph11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a Player is found to have provided false information regarding their age or eligibility, pph11 shall immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed by that Player, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses credited to the account. Any deposits made prior to the discovery of ineligibility shall be subject to review and may be returned at pph11's sole discretion after applicable deductions for wagers already settled.

3. Account Registration & Security

To participate in real-money gaming on pph11, you must successfully complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions apply to all pph11 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active pph11 account. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed immediately. pph11 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts or void balances associated with additional accounts.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: pph11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are enabled or at any time pph11 deems necessary.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pph11 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify pph11 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account. pph11 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or detected security concern.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pph11 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All financial transactions on pph11 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pph11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your pph11 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pph11 account holder.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same banking day, subject to cut-off times.
• pph11 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met.

All transactions on pph11 are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS certified payment infrastructure. pph11 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pph11 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit of the minimum specified amount.
• Each promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "turnover requirement" or "rollover"). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• pph11 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless and until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device/IP address.
• pph11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including for any player who pph11 determines to be abusing the promotion system.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering across multiple accounts — pph11 reserves the right to void bonus amounts and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules govern all wagers placed on the pph11 platform across all game categories, including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and e-sabong:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pph11 is not obligated to reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of clear technical malfunction or where pph11 exercises its discretion as provided herein.
• pph11 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, or placed in circumstances where a technical fault has materially affected the outcome or integrity of a game or event.
• In the event of a sports event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with pph11's specific sport betting rules applicable to that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by pph11 at any time without prior notice.
• The results of all pph11 games — including live dealer results, slot outcomes, and random number generator (RNG) results — are final and shall not be subject to challenge except on grounds of verifiable technical malfunction.
• pph11 is not responsible for any loss of internet connection, power failure, or device malfunction that may affect your ability to place, amend, or settle a wager in progress.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pph11 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with any winnings and bonus balances forfeited:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be void.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the pph11 platform.
• Using the pph11 platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or any other applicable regulation.
• Providing fraudulent payment information, using stolen payment methods, or initiating unjustified chargebacks.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account for any reason.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pph11 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

pph11 employs sophisticated fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. pph11 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of financial crime and fraud.

8. Responsible Gaming

pph11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across our platform. We believe gambling should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a source of hardship.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage the time spent gaming on pph11.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pph11 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pph11 content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pph11 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pph11 software;
• Use any pph11 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pph11 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph11 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the pph11 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pph11 service;
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game outcomes, odds, or displayed information;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any information published on the pph11 platform.

The pph11 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pph11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, pph11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pph11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

pph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the pph11 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pph11 is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 12. Account Suspension & Termination

pph11 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7;
• Any action that pph11 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players;
• At the request of a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination, pph11 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations, fraudulent deposits, or amounts subject to investigation) via your registered payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting pph11 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pph11 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the pph11 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pph11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the pph11 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pph11 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

pph11 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory channel.
